I want to thank everyone for their kind words,
suggestions, and well wishes regarding my web site www.winepress.us.
I sincerely hope that you will find helpful information, techniques,
recipes and equipment reviews to assist you in your own wine making
strategies. By no means am I an expert, but just someone who
has time to do a little research, and put it in a format to make the
information easier for you to obtain and understand.
I've tried a couple of different
types of corks, and am still searching for the ones I'll always use.
Here are just a few of the comments I have received regarding my web
Joel is a keen amateur wine maker with a
penchant for web cams that allow you to follow developments at Sommer
Breeze Vineyard. Joel's site is filled not only with
his own adventures making wine, but with a great deal of top
flight information on topics relating to wine making. Highly
The site is killer! You probably already know
that, but I have to state
the obvious. I haven't been able to check it out much due to my day
year old, spouse, etc., but I have enjoyed the time I have spent
like the personal feel that it has. Rick
Joel, since registering, I've had little time to
digest the site. But, what time I have been able to delve in, I have
come to the conclusion that you, sir, are a very kind man, and
should be rewarded for your commitment and service to home wine
& mead makers. I look forward to getting to
know you and the regulars on the site, learning and sharing thoughts
of our passion of wine-making. Best regards, Marion
I've been reading
your web site. Excellent job.
I like the concept of your website. The thing I
like most about the web,
and the personal websites, is that there are so many different
in vineyard development (as with life, I guess) that you can read
books in the world, and none of them will completely address your
situation. The more experiences that people can draw upon, the more
potential answers there are. Mark
I love your website. You have
done a very good job. It is very informative, easy to navigate,
and actually fun to read! Cheers! Glenvall
site is great. My

You could easily grow better wine
varieties in the climate you are in, like
Cab Franc or Chardonnay.

get tired of answering my questions. I have checked out other
forums and I like your the best. Thanks, Mike
You must be getting lots of traffic
to your site and plenty of e-mails after the nice spread in Wine
Maker Magazine. I like what you are doing with your site.
You have given me some inspiration.

for all of your info. Shane
